How to Invite Gbooks to Your Xero Account

To provide proactive support, accurate tax filings, and IRS-ready books, Gbooks needs access to your Xero account. Inviting us as your accountant gives us the right tools to reconcile, advise, and catch mistakes before they become expensive.

Step-by-Step: Invite Gbooks in Xero

  1. Log in to your Xero account as the Subscriber or someone with Manage Users permission.
  2. Go to Settings → Users.
  3. Click Invite a user.
  4. Enter our email: mybooks@gbooks.works
  5. Check the box for “Business and accounting” and give us full access to reports, bank accounts, and invoices.
  6. Click Send Invitation. We’ll accept within 1 business day.

Once we're connected, we recommend syncing your Zoho Expense account to Xero. Here’s what you’ll get:
